I ran a ad locally looking for 72 and older pickup trucks.
I was contacted by a person with this.
Its slant 6 3 on tree.
Curiosity got me and I'm going for a look one of these days.
Does anyone have any knowledge of this kind of thing. Mainly regarding engine mounts. Are they like a car or like a pickup.
I know this isn't a van forum, thing is that this is the only forum that I spend any time on.

If it’s not to eaten up with termites, I would jump on it just because of the rarity. Those things are so cool especially if you could bring it back to life. Keep us posted

Termites wont be a issue. Mice will have make it a nice home.
It would need to be pretty well cleaned out, aired out and washed out.
I placed the ad 6 weeks ago maybe 2 months.
I got a reply and the guy said he would forward a few pictures. I had forgotten about him and yesterday these pictures arrived. Money hasn't been mentioned. I wouldn't pay any big money for it but if it's not rotten I wouldn't mind owning it.

[Q UOTE="polara71, post: 997629, member: 98"]Agreed, I know nothing about them. They are cool as Hell, but don't want one.[/QUOTE]
I know what your saying. I'm not looking for a restoration project.
But if just took some fuel/brakes/ engine/trans upgrades to make it safe I'd drive it like it is.
My thinking is dont sink big money into it. Hopefully break even if I jumped ship.
I dont think it's ever been a commercial vehicle. Up here the school buses had windows.
I rode in a fargo school bus a few ago

Fargo was a Canadian version of the Dodge trucks. In this case the Fargo is a Dodge A-100.
Made from 1964-1970 I have a '68 A-100 pick up.

Looks to be sitting pretty low in the dirt. If the rust worm hasn't gotten to it that would be a great score. Love the pie plate headlights and shaggin wagon graphics.

That could be a fun one. My wife would kill me.

I see a tiny bit if gap between dirt and van. But its obvious that it's been sitting in that spot for quite a while.
It wont take long to know.
It could possibly be still froze down on the shady side
