As mentioned in a previous post I have the great luxury of living in rural Manitoba where there are many cars just sitting waiting to be rescued or utilized as a great parts car to help resurrect someone’s project. I have decided to try and record some of these cars on this forum for everyone to see. This is the first one.
Today I stopped and looked at this car more closely. I happen to know the story on it quite well. It belonged to my cousins husband but tragically he had an industrial accident and died from the injuries. The car was parked and never driven since then. That was in 78 or 79. Sadly it sank into the dirt and is probably past restoration but has plenty of great parts on it. Also someone did a number on some parts in the interior.
If anyone would be interested in purchasing it let me know and I can look into it.

Yep ... Me too.

And I would be interested in the driver window also, if it is tinted.

Non-AC car. No tint. The windshield isn't even tinted.

I don’t think they will part it out instead they would prefer to sell it. It almost went to the shredder but luckily there was some divine intervention that prevented that from happening.

Yup. How far away was it?

12-13 hrs each way...….couldn't belive it when l saw it sittin where it was..woulda stopped but was early and we were on our way to go fishin….dam near had buddy turn truck and boat around...thinkin mayby farmer placed it there to torment folks like me...theres definitely a story there......shoulda stopped...l shoulda shoulda shoulda….

Well seeing as how you are likely a lot closer to this mystery forward look mb @CanCritter can give you a heads up for a little roadtrip run to help a brother out

yes...just North of Newdale area...is just off main road into rideing mountain...

Needed a rad core so I went to a local junk yard today. He has an 80 acre property with over 200 cars and trucks, almost exclusively Mopar. Spent a bit of time walking amongst some of the cars. He sells parts but he is also wise enough not to part out some of the more valuable cars. Wish I had some of these but don’t have the room or finances to do another project at this time.
