File Transfer Inability between for only sites

A red X over a JPEG file (most accepted tile type right?). Or webp or png description. NO PICTURE
This is what I get when I drag pictures from FABO and FBBO and FEBO to FCBO and visa versa.

Pretty much any other location on the web will drag and transfer to these 4 mentioned sites. But they won't allow to be drug between sites? Or drug out of? Have to be downloaded every time?

Seems most pics are changed when transferred to these four sites to PNG or webp files that also do not transfer in any way.

Why is this the case?

Wouldn't it be better for these sites if they shared file acceptability?

Ok.
Every picture from the forum drags just fine unless it is drug off of the politcs forum.
So, only the politics forums of each webpage are being changed to not be able to be shared and drug around.
Is that correct?
 
Fbbo will let me drag from the for sale ads and the tech section.
I can not drag from the politics section or the jokes section.

So, only the Off Topics section can't be drug back and forth then.
 
Personally I right click > copy > paste into MS Paint, largely a habit from years of various websites and email clients that don't seem to copy paste inline images properly unless I stick it in paint first.
At this point I'm just happy we can paste images inline now. Used to have to use photobucket (anyone remember photosuckit?) and imageshack before imgur came along, and even then imgur has succumbed to advertisers despite initially being created as a superior alternative to the former two.
 
Indeed. I too am glad that the progression of our systems has made some things better. Click and drag is wonderful.
I think that the reason the click and drag is disabled some how on the politics forum is just to keep the sharing down across the platform. Otherwise there would be no issue with dragging images anywhere. But it is only the political forums on the for only sites that block the dragging. That's it. So, slight, barely noticeable censorship.
Private ownership and all. They got the right to do whatever they like.
I just like to ask , Why ?
ESPECIALLY, since I support one of the sites with my actual real money that I have to go and earn.
The censorship questions my morals and ethics.
 
Might be something on your end. Waiting on access to the political subforum on the FABO forums to do some further testing, but I was able to copy paste an image from a political thread on FCBO into the reply box without trouble. Dunno if you get that problem though since that wasn't a test across different forums.
 
I would very much like to learn that it is something on my end.
Would like to fix it or work around it.
At this point, the work around is to save every picture onto my computer, then upload the file/photo to the for only site. I don't need to save every picture that is shared. Most that I want to actually post are from for sale ads or information posts.
I can't drag car pictures from ebay, for only sties, craigslists, fakebook, etc. etc. without it making the letter/extension image with no photo.
OR, with fakebook, the pictures will post on the ad but for some reason in a month or two the pictures will just delete themselves. This is where if I save them and post them they show up and don't disappear. BUT, why is that? This site has no connection to my hardware and once uploaded here the pictures should stay where they are. Mostly for future provenance.
If no one noticed, some of us track history of multiple hundreds or thousands of cars. This site is a tool for such things but it fights the use.
 
Does it still happen if you right click the picture you want to use > copy image > then paste it into a reply field?
