My previous renters we uneducated dirt bags that destroyed my house. After 4 weeks of work it is finally livable. We have to young girls, college educated, with good jobs and credit scores of 770 and 749. This is their first rental that wasn't an apartment and couldn't be more excited with the house.

I think I might have finally caught a break on renters :yaayy:
 
hope everything goes well with the new renters, my bodyman had a similar issue with a renter and that is what he's doing this month, redoing the house.

I've been a landlord for 20 plus years and I've had them all. I've taken a few to court and that has proven to be a waste of time and money.You win and they still don't pay for damages. I always try get good ones but you never know. Good luck with the girls.

Same here. All dog years,lol. I turn them over to a collection agency, which has only collected on one to this date. Still the threat of the agency, the name of the person in charge & the phone number to it has gotten a few to pay.

On a lighter note....That what I was thinking. LOL!

I've had to evict brothers and a sister for my Dad a decade ago. Not only did they wreck my parents rental homes, they didn't pay rent for years and years and stole anything of value and even ran an extension cord to my parents basement and stole electricity too.
 
This is how they returned dishes to my parents after mooching food daily.....

I'm not joking at all.....

Another reason why I had to live 900 miles from my parents after I retired from the Army. I would of been in prison for killing one or more of them for the hell and life long hardship they put my parents through!

It was very, very difficult for me to restrain myself......

My Mother begged me not to hurt them during the few times I came home for a short visit which was usually only a few days each visit.

The loser's and their hood rats even broke into my car after I was there for only four hours one trip. I arrived at my parents house at 1 am and my brother (I have one good one out of 7 in the family) was going to work at 5 am and he came back to wake me up and let me know the hood rats broke into my car. They broke a rear window to get in. Destroyed the dash ripping out the stereo, destroyed the rear seat back frame to see what was in the trunk, destroyed the trunk lid because they were too stupid to punch out the lock. And stole all of my tools that I had since my Super Bee days!!! I was so FN mad that I had to leave and go back to Maryland immediately before I ended up doing something stupid. I remember my Ma standing on the porch crying as I took off. My parents understood why I had to leave.
 
I must be living in paradise I guess, my problems fade to nothing with these stories.

My aunt met them I have not yet. She said that they were attractive with nice bodies and they are 22 and 23 years old. I will give you the full revue when I met them.
