Car had a crappy repaint to start with, looks to need all under hood wiring and hoses. Depending how much stuff got washed down inside the engine, it may or may not be repairable without a rebuild. Air box, wiper motor and brake booster are also fried. Carb and air cleaner are toast. Probably useful as parts. will likely cost more than it is worth to repair it.

Other than the exterior cosmetics and the underhood issues, might be a pretty nice car. At that age and miles, might need a "valve job" and valve guide attention anyway. That'll get the heads off. Find a used intake and put an Edelbrock 4bbl of your choice on it, plus an appropriate air cleaner. Should be a donor parts car for the other underhood items, somewhere. Some of the fire-damaged items might have needed replacement anyway. Plus some 15x6.5 Rallye wheels from a '76 Charger SE. All salvage yard items. Other than that, just some labor. Ending up with a nice car for little money, that could last for a good while as a daily-use vehicle. Later on, a better inexpensive paint job. Not having to hire the work done can be a plus and save costs! Might even make a little money on it, having used it for a few years, in the end? I never was a fan of the '73 front end, compared to the '70-'71, just my personal pref.
