I've got no clue how to post a link, but here's the general jist...First Brands is 6 billion in debt...filed 9/25...they own Raybestos, Centric, Carlson brake hardware, Fram, Anco and Trico, Airtex and Carter pumps, Autolite plugs, Cardone new and reman, Reese and Drawtite towing, Strongarm lift supports, Phillips lighting and more than a few other brands...oh boy
 
Since it's chapter 11, I bet you will see them selling off some of the brands.

This is going to be interesting to see what happens, but I will predict that parts for older applications are going to be a real low priority... and may even go away.
 
update...found another article over at FBBO....looks like they were trying to sell off Autolite, Cardone and Brake Parts Inc (Raybestos etc) and haven't been able to , so they plan to shut those down
