I guess it depends on what's wrong. I have my radios converted to modern internals by Gary Tayman. Radios for antique and vintage cars His conversions aren't cheap, but they are great. Give him a call and see if he can help.

The other thought, is that's actually a Delco radio. Seems like the Cadillac guys might be dealing with that stuff too, so maybe some poking around on the internet might help.
