This article had the White Mobile Director that was owned by Michael Amodt, whom I THINK had it for a good while. Red Interior - quite nice. The next post is the feature in this magazine.

Just ‘67/8.I find the Mobile Director (MD) option fascinating, similar to the record players that Chrysler offered.
What years were the MD option offered?
Wish I had bought it. Just saw this today. The green one on B.A.T. Just went for $13,500.
I saw this gold Imperial with the pearl white interior in person. Very nice car and it seems to me did not sell for a lot. It was missing the lamp. Pretty color combination. Themy $0.02. Hope its got legs boss.

I've seen this gold pearl white Imperial in person and it is a very nice car in a good color combination. It was missing the lamp. The magazine article is from Special Interest Autos issue #146, March/April 1995. That's my car and the goof splayed out in the trunk is me.my $0.02. Hope its got legs boss.

I just learned that this car was not a Mobile Director after all. I began communicating with somebody on Facebook, and it turns out he used to own this car. He sold it to a friend of his in Sacramento, who had obtained a mobile Director interior from another car and installed it in this one. It was in his possession when it got hit while it was parked in front of his house. As Ken @SGT FURY stated above the parts car I bought from him was ironically another Mobile Director car that was the unfortunate recipient of a Suburban enema while parked in its owners yard 20 years ago.
