Nah, I agree with your initial opinion mate, that interior......gag!! Taste gone out the window. I would simply HAVE to recover those seats as per original. Other than that, this car is a real beaut!

I agree. It almost never pays to deviate from OEM particularly the interior.

To be quite honest I like the whole car .I could live with that interior :yaayy:

I am an OEM guy on interior, body and under-hood appearance .. not necessary suspension and unseen mechanical's but I like this interior personally.

Looks like something that may have been in an Imperial .. it's the quilting that did it for me.

I'm thinking of TNTroopers seats right now too .. very classy

SShwweet. Love that, FI 440 in a fuselage coupe. Doesn't get any better. Next stop - Tire smoke city.

And Dave's Blue Polara for the exterior and wheels

Bryan's gathering up everyone for a group hug around the campfire tonight.
(that's a compliment!)

Lovely it's gonna need that fire exstinguisher shortly

I think it's a fantastic car. Love the color, the interior (patterned fabric is something that modern cars have lost), I really like the Halibrand-style wheels. I'd drive it. I'd be proud, and wouldn't change a thing.

In my opinion, the Plymouths are just enough smaller than the other Cs to be more amenable to performance mods and styles. You add another few inches to the wheelbase, they become just that much more stately, and it doesn't work.

it is a factory q5 turquoise car with white v-roof (V1W)
M4S means it had a pewter&black interieur with A4 silver doorpanels.
Great colour combo originally

Man that had to be awesome. Anyone have pics of what that interior looked like?

A very early build car, too, showing August 30, and a pretty low VIN at 9,893rd car off that line.

I agree that is awesome. Too bad the interior was changed out. Is it possible that the door panels are A4 still, hard for me to tell in the pics.
Great job with the car and good luck with the sale.

Old Thread

Hello folks!

Sorry to start this OLD tread! I am new to this sight but have had a few Mopars over the years.
I just bought this car from the gentleman who bought it from Dean who sold it on here.

I am going to try to put the interior back to stock some of the pictures are great but does anyone have any idea what it really looked like?

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks
