1962 Imperial 4dr Lebaron coachworks, This is my Gf's car and I finally got her consent to sell, what I know about it, has 413 engine that runs well trans shifts fine, last time I drove it I was taking a right hand turn and noticed the clutch pack on the right side in the rear end was not slipping, I had replaced the side gears and the left axle about 6 months before this but not the clutch packs, so I drove it home and parked it, this was 3 years ago, since then I have started every week and moved it back and forth between the back and front yards adding fuel as needed, the brake cylinders were replace about 5 years ago but the pedal now goes to the floor so they will need bled. This car is very cool but needs way more work than she can afford and I hate to see it go to ****.
Interior needs work, right side has some scrapes (not major) and there is rust forming in a few areas so it will need attention, car is very much worth saving in my book, its a really cool car, I'm just not the one to do it for her.
She wants 1750.00 for it I think its a great deal for someone
PM me if you are interested

Welcome to the site from the Motor City! Hey it looks like she dropped her keychain in front of the Imp in that first pic.

Seems like a nice one. From what he describes a great price too. Must be a small niche for these Imperials. Folks don't seems to latch on to them like some of the others models. You'd think -big engine, luxury, chrome, style- would get folks going but I don't see it much. Wonder why?

Very expensive to restore and this one looks like it needs a lot and, as much as I hate to say it, it's not a coupe.
