I was pickin at the Admiral today and found something I never knew about Mopar wagons.
This is the body panel below the tailgate. The VIN number is stamped in it. Normally it's hidden by a snap on rubber filler strip.
Learned something new..... :thumbsup:

do you have a wider shot of the location to help me reference it. it's below the sill/ kick plate towards the bumper below the weather stripping? On the road trying to visualize where.

By Will's picture it looks like it is just above one of the bumper brackets .I went out to check mine and it appears that it would be hard to see with the bumper on. I'm sure we will get a better answer from Will.
 
That is correct, thanks for the reference Peter. The bumper does need to be removed to see it. It's also under a rubber dust seal.
The picture is right side up, the stamping is upside down.

Well. . . That is an automatic ten-point concours deduction. . .
 
This has been asked before and without knowing that is where I said to look.

There is some amount of common since when looking for these, if it is in x location on a car with a trunk then it should be in y location on a wagon.
