Sandford, NC. Down in the woods on a long dirt gravel road <----seriously. Go past the farmhouse & wave at the old man sitting on the porch with shot gun. Don't worry you are out of range. Of him at least. Keep going till you hear a pack of dogs barking. Look off to the left & you will see s field of cars. Keep going till you go around a curve. More dogs barking & running towards you. Guy will come out of shop & stare at you. Slowly drive up to him. Roll window down & ask are you Cletus? And he will reply you that city boy Bob?

Yes. He told me a demo guy from New York came down last year & bought 8 cars from him. He said the guy told him he will be back to buy some more. I may go buy 1 more.

It was In very good shape. The paint had that dull flat look to it. I think he's done with it & the Daytona. Not Barrett Jackson car, but both looked pretty nice

Yes me too. He was a pretty cool guy. I told him that I would look at anything he was willing to show me. And so the tour began. He has 2 very cool drag cars. 1 was a Hemi Cuda. There is no telling what he didn't show me

His personal stash on his property. This guy is well known in hot rod & drag racing circles around here. He builds cars & fixes other racers cars. Has gotten more into building hot rods. He uses the C bodies to get the engines & rears for his builds. He called me about a year ago & invited me to come to his place. I just never made it down there. So since we are having a monsoon here I called & asked if I could come down. He said yes. So I grabed a hand full of $$ my trailer & my buddy & went down.
