It would be a good score but I'm thinking all he scored were the pics of these promo models.

Exactly!

The 61 might be a promo but its too straight. Those soft plastic JoHan promos are usually warped. The Hurst looks like a diecast maybe. The rest could be built-up kits or diecast also.

No fellas I didn't buy them.
@ $60+ my money's better spent on the fury lol. According to the guy I was talking to they were all assemble and painted by another guy I didn't get a chance to talk to.

Those are all older kits that haven't been re-issued in years. They could bring $100 each at a Model Car show. Many vendors will strip all the paint off for the buyer to build-up as he wants.

I've always liked model car kits. Bought quite a few of them over the decades. I don't build them anymore yet I can't resist buying a vintage unopened kit every now and then. The wife shakes her head and rolls her eyes when she walks through our den and looks at boxes and boxes of unopened model car kits on our bookshelves! So I've really slowed down adding to the collection. Keeps peace in the marriage!

Actually $~60 isn't unreasonable for those, but not a bargain by any means.
I'd guess the 61 is a promom yes they tended to warp, but I have a Johan model of the 62 300 and I think the headlights are a little better?
The 68 300 is likely a Johan kit, but could be a promo I suppose.
The 70 300 likely from a resin kit.
the 66 Dodge could be an MPC yearly model.
