they have a lot of great parts cars.
But the location doesn't look so full that they need to crush something to store more cars

It's a sales tactic..... they would never get parts value out of scrap. even if they waited till scrap was 20 per hundred they won't get what they want for parts.

i'm sure it could be a tactic but if someone else took over maybe they need to free up some cash. looking through the parts list, the used prices weren't bad. nos prices are all over the place though.

No I dont and have begged them for it several times over the last ten years.... Frank told me he doesnt share numbers but since it was for a registry he woould.... He never did
Well maybe you should try reaching out again. Do we have any members near there?

Nope, he was bought out a few years ago.

Thats correct...... by someone who appears to be more heartless than Frank...

Does anyone remember the business being for sale on E bay....1 Million dollars was the going rate

So, nobody knows who is the proprietor of Frank's massive collection.
You say it's not the sons?

I don't remember the names of the 2 guys that bought him out. I had to double check, but Frank didn't have any sons.

Do those guys also run Collector Auto Supply?

That I don't know about, but I doubt it, they more than have their hands full with MMP, or whatever it's called now, especially since Frank isn't there to help them now. A huge amount of parts knowledge was lost when Frank died.
