frank mitchell

I can only imagine how much he wanted for them.

Hey, hey, hey. Before you start moaning, remember, he brought it on himself.

The business transitioned a couple of years ago and Frank stayed around as a consultant.(and marketing instructor, it would seem). One fellows name is Mike, seems like a good guy on the phone. But don't expect any bargain pricing. And I would still demand to see pictures of any used parts bought there. The policy of, send the worse parts first, is a long standing one with them.

I drove right past the place today returning from North Carolina, and also on my return trip with the Admiral last month. Fairmont Ga is on my "avoid Atlanta" route.

my dealings with Frank had only been positive.... After his death it came out ( was news to me) how much he had done through the 70s , 80's and 90's for the "hobby"...

I bought several things from him in the mid-'80s and was quite pleased with the transactions. This was before the Interwebz, obviously. Proud of his pricing, even then.

I called about 4 years ago for a wiper cam for my 78 NYB. He had a used one for $375. No thanks..

Looks like this...about the size of a half dollar.

Long after his death, we're still talking about him.
Talk about legacy.
He is still talked about in a negative light. Just deserts for how he lived his miserable life.

Yeah......

Do you remember that NOS steering wheel he had for my NYB?

Wrong color - dark blue. $1200.00 USD. LOL!

I believe he has a red one too.
