I still remember the day he died on my birthday I was driving to work when I heard about it and thought the music world lost a great one. at least it wasn't to booze or the needle like jimi & bon.

Yup, the hair bands were a bit too much for me but I have to admit Metallica and Stone temple Pilots made great music.
