The old school stereos are the best, IMO. Their rich sound just doesn't exist in today's equipment, IYAM.

Seen the new laser turntables? promises to return that warm sound to music. Maybe vinyl will return or at least make a come back on the secondary market. Well when the players come down in price anyway...

I like it a lot, partially overhauled by an expert and with all the papers/Manuals and very well preserved Wood. Had it running all day long. ;)

This is what I listen to my tunes on at home. Mostly components from the '80s, except for the VCR and DVD Player. I had to make an external switchbox to play TV, VCR, DVD and second Cassette Deck through Receiver audio inputs, but it all worked out nice. Both Cassette Decks and VCR can also record audio from all sources. I'm satisfied.

I've seen these guys live a few times. An interesting cover and a hit for them back in the day.
