I put $50 worth of gas in my 74 Monaco wagon and have a leak around the sending unit. Previous owner used a cheap aftermarket lock ring. I don't have a factory one laying around so has anybody used a Dorman one? Amazon product ASIN B000F4RBNK The reviews are good but I'm not sure.

Well obviously the links aren't working but none of the reviews mention leaks.

Check with Query Quality Design or Dales Cuda Shop (same people). I bought a sender from them, and it included a very robust locking ring. They may sell the rings separately.

PM me should have it all. Need your e mail to send a invoice to. have a few different coils NORS. Got some really good 55K ones that look stock for 70.
