Edit- I'll have to double check but fairly certain that was the amount.

I really dig the painted wheels with hubcaps showing the out 1/3 or 1/2 " of paint .. really looks like a cool accent. I've seen red wheels also and that really is a neat look to me

Also what is the brown leather looking thing that looks like a tool wrap? Was that an option on C bodies at this or some point in the 60's or 70's?

So when this car sold, wife and I were really watching it. There was a young man on the phone with whomever was his owner/partner. The reserve was set to 11.5k. The auctioneer was riding the kid hard, I think the bid was 9500. The kid took off the reserve and then it jumped to the before mentioned 9900. He looked like he was about to cry. I honestly felt like walking over and hugging him. He got all caught up and had a WTF did I just do look.

The car was nice, really nice. I wonder why no under hood shots?

I tried looking up past sales to back up my numbers with no luck, I hate when people are greedy. Make 10k on the car, move it and call it a day. I flip cars frequently because it's part of my business, there's nothing wrong with it, but ****, 20 k profit? It's not a house, it's a car.
