Gag

It looks like it was done really well. Although the Charger is a four door, I wonder what it would look like with the same treatment.

Where you been, Gar...
There were three different one of those at the first SEMA after the new Chally was introduced.
Along with two Barracudas, two 'verts, 1 Superbird 'vert with twin turbos....
Your right. It's a matter of taste.......what irritates me the most however are the wing cars (Dodge Charger Daytona, Plymouth Superbird) hold almost a mythological aura about them (probably more so the Daytona). Call me a nutcase, but I was not around when these cars were built, and I don't think we'll ever see anything like them again. A greater part of my generation are more impressed by big ***, ridiculously looking rims than something of true historical significance (I almost got "jacked" for my car at a Little Caesars pizza joint last year, a group of gentlemen wanted to put 26" rims on it, told them I wasn't selling, things got a little dicey.....ya crazy). Anyway this abomination mocks the wing cars if ya ask me. Ok, thanks for listening to my rant, which is extremely rare for me.
:soapbox:

You're not a nutcase. You get it.
The greatest era ever for cars will never come close to what we had back then. It bothers me so many people missed it. The best education in the world.

Black would obviously be better but I love the modern 300 in pretty much any variation.

I want a John Varvatos model real bad.

You don't. Plenty of U turns when you have a lowered car.[/QUOTE]But of course, dammit why did I not see that.

oh yeah, that looks slick! Love the new 300 as well and was just talking about it with Clover(Bob) the other day. Now who is this John Varvatos???
Ok, got the Varvatos tip. I remember seeing the commercial back when I watched tv more then a 1/2 hour a week.

After one 40th birthday party and one wedding of people I didn't even know, I'll stay on the couch and surpass your weekly wathching pensum tenfold today, but resorting to some old youtube copies of old TV shows.

Nicely said. I'm in the same generation, I love the originals for what they represent.
I don't understand the new ones as the tech is deferent now and I bet you that poor bastard spent an 'arm and a leg' for that package too.

Have you seen one? Baaaadddd.....
Is your whole life one big long experience of having visual explosions and immediately having to have it to keep the visual going as long as possible?
Remember, Ross, this is a tripple poke humorous guess. ;-)

I met a mopar guy a few days ago who has a friend that owns one of those hyped up toyotas with the garbage can muffler. His buddy tunes the thing with a laptop computer. Where's the fun in that?

Another reason I sold my C-6 Vette.
After the custom tune, there was nowhere left to go except for 3 hp increments at $1,000.00 each.
That was not a league I could play in. $$$$$
I still had 427 Stingrays on my mind.
