Gag

Is your whole life one big long experience of having visual explosions and immediately having to have it to keep the visual going as long as possible?
Remember, Ross, this is a tripple poke humorous guess. ;-)
I have some control.

The Varvatos model is also 50K+!!!!!!!! That's the main reason I haven't bought one.

I met a mopar guy a few days ago who has a friend that owns one of those hyped up toyotas with the garbage can muffler. His buddy tunes the thing with a laptop computer. Where's the fun in that?
Welcome to the 21st century....

It's actually a lot of fun. I data log & send the logs to a tuner via email then he tweaks the tune & emails it back to me to load on the car.

Guess, you don't have to get all greasy and stuff I suppose, busted up and bloody knuckles in the middle of february. Still, I'm not selling my gooped up torque wrench anytime soon.

It's both, Gary. The computer does a lot but don't sell your wrenches....

You're joking. Internet tunes.........
You don't even have to freakin drive the car to the shop now?

One guy doing the work for a thousand people. No wonder there's high unemployment.

Nope, the tunes are simple to load & there's no reason to go to the shop. Dyno tuning is still much quicker since you can make a tweak then make another pull, repeat, etc... but emailed tunes accomplish the exact same thing.

In my case, since I'm spraying, I still make the biggest adjustment with jet size.

And it's not one guy banging out a bunch. You can get a canned tune that's already loaded on a handheld but having a tuner read logs & make tweaks is time consuming. And, there are only a handful of really qualified guys in the country for modern Hemi stuff.

Yeah but thats only stuff the computer can overcome. Anything that breaks on our cars that breaks on his car needs hands, not a computer.
