Yes, I bought it from a Vendor. The guy was set up across from the opening for the stores under the bleachers on the right side if you are looking down into the swap meet area. He was sort of "caddy" cornered there. He would put any patch you wanted on any hat you wanted. I like it alot although I was disappointed to see on the tag after I had already bought it that it was made in...........well, you know.
