Now i have solved the problem, after raising the Engine an inch the manifold came off. cleaned the Surface whith a file and sanding paper i checked the Surface lining whith a sleel line and finded it not straight. So off to a friend of mine, he put self adhesive sanding paper on his work bench and then put the manifold uppside down against the paper and mowed it forward and back a coupel of times then Clean the paper and so on for a half hour and it comes as new. After mounting it in Place the 440 just whispers, nice work of my friend !
