Good Battery - No Power 1970 Chrysler 300

Well I have:
- Cleaned the battery connections,
- bye past the fuse link wire
- replaced the starter relay
- replaced the resistor
- replaced the voltage regulator
- put my power pack on the battery
- put the battery charger on the battery on quick start
Nothing!!!!
I then replaced the battery with an old battery and it started!!!
I think I will still clean the started connections and try to find out how to test the voltage at the starter and the output from the alternator.

Yup x 2. Sometimes a battery can test good, be new, and seem OK etc... and fall down on the job.
