Got a cut wire

While i was working on fixing the auto temp, i discovered cut wires leading under the carpet, and my question is what are they for? One is brown and the other is yellow, and they originate from a grey connector behind the passengers side kick panel.

Thats what i thought but i wanted to be sure. Btw, does anyone have any wiring diagrams for the 1968 chrysler? i went on google images and found two that were relevant, however they dont show accessories. Could one of the members here post them? please and thankyou. also looking for vacujm diagrams for vehicle with auto temp, cruise control, and remote trunk release.

Buy a factory service manual. Ebay should have them (used) in paper and on CD.
