I don't remember them checking the stickers 21 months ago with #4, but they made sure that she was in the seat and the starps were adjusted properly. Then they check to make sure the base was in the van properly.

When our oldest was born they made us bathe her in front of them to make sure we knew how to do that too.

All these regs are a pain in the butt, but necessary. Back in the early 70's my wife was a Public Health Nurse In Ontario and covered a couple small towns and all the rural schools. Her opinion of the new regulations is bring them on, there are a lot of really clueless new parents out there that need all the help they can get.
