Actually I've been looking a placed in Kelowna, it has two double garages, one for cars and one for big RV's. Even has a formal front door between the two garages. Out front there is parking for nine vehicles.
My wife has issues!

I think an underground garage probably sounds sexier than it really is to deal with... I don't mind a cave so much, but daylight is nice too.
