HA HA! I'm not kidding,,,,,,,,,It needs a windshield, and minor rust repair. But the car is a complete 300.I'll try to post a picture.

In Texas an MSO can be converted to a title only by a franchised dealer (Chrysler) in this case. Bonded titles can be had but the state now sets the value according to KBB. They use the average condition value no matter the condition of the car. You also are posting a bond for 2 years in case someone shows up with a title. They say you can get a dealer to make a value appraisal if you are not happy with the KBB but most dealers are hesitant to do so because if the state decides to inspect for value and the car is clearly under valued they can loose their license and face fines and charges. I have gone through this process a couple of times and the average cost has been $800 to $900.

I just recently obtained a Title thru Mainely titles in Maine. It worked great! I received a new Title for my 68' Thru the state of Florida. (It had been lost since 1979) I then took the car to the Inspection office, got a new Nebraska title. Total cost was 895.00 plus a new Title fee in Nebraska. (20 Bucks.) I would highly recommend them.

I've said it before "God bless our wild west system" here in Alberta. No titles just an out of province inspection if the car was NEVER registered in Alberta EVER! A bill of sale on a cigarette package and a liability card gets you plates here. That is until the Communists we voted in (and by we i mean idiots) decide to either tax it or make titles mandatory like the province of B.C. which stands for Bring Cash BTW

I am curious how that system works when someone tries to get the car titled elsewhere... easy or impossible probably depends on where the next owner lives.

When we sell an Alberta car into another province that requires a title history we just sell it to ourselves put a plate on it and give the next owner the original registration to show his local DMV. This only occurs when the vehicle has no origin certificate (used car not new). Our American exporters do the same before they run them south. For example- a car can change ownership a bazillion times in Alberta without ever reporting to the DMV as long as it doesn't need a plate (use dealer tags) but before it leaves the country the exporter registers it and produces the "title" in the next jurisdiction as "second" owner. BTW plates stay with the owner not the car here. I've had the same plate for 20 years on 15 different cars

It's too bad about this car. I actually have some of the parts to make this car nice again. Why this car was left out in the weather without a cover even doesn't make no sense.
