Awesome collection of cars but.........dirt floor, cars aren't covered, dirt keeps collecting on them, flat tires, some buildings have only a roof and no walls, just a matter of time before critters find their way in, who knows when any of them were last started, and when he passes away the family will probably just sell them off. If these keep sitting as is, those wonderful engines are gonna freeze up from condensation and rust from over the years. Makes me wanna cry sometimes.

Probably surpasses Jay Leno's collection but in a dirt pine needle covered buildings.
