Green Hornet Shifter Adjustment

So I drove my 65 Imperial over to my company's shop to use the lift this weekend. When I shift the car into Park (column lever), it doesn't engage all the way and the car still rolls. I figured I'd throw it up on the lift and adjust the rods and levers just like on my 68 and 71 mopars. Yeah - NO. Much to my surprise, I found a cable where I'm used to seeing rods and levers. This is my first pre-1968 mopar and my first 1965 Imperial. Can someone point me in the right direction to learn about this cable shifter and how to adjust it?
