The lower rear quarters (at least on the passenger side) look clean. Assuming the photo is recent, I am surprised that it has not sold.

It's got a pretty busted-up windshield.
Top of fender, just forward of the door, looks a bit mashed-down.
Top profile of the top toward the rear looks funny.
Maybe a tree limb fell on it?
