My grill is open 365 days a year and I make homemade combat potato salad several times a year. I have a smoker with a side fire box. Probably going to upgrade to a "Green Egg" smoker soon. My Cousin smoked an 18.5 lb prime rib in 7 hours on Christmas Eve on his Green Egg. Combined with a 10 lb case of fresh Kielbasa from Klements... it was a gigantic feast for 17 people. My Cousin and I were eating prime rib sandwiches in my truck during the blizzard ride back to Maryland on December 26th.
