Greetings

My grill is open 365 days a year and I make homemade combat potato salad several times a year. I have a smoker with a side fire box. Probably going to upgrade to a "Green Egg" smoker soon. My Cousin smoked an 18.5 lb prime rib in 7 hours on Christmas Eve on his Green Egg. Combined with a 10 lb case of fresh Kielbasa from Klements... it was a gigantic feast for 17 people. My Cousin and I were eating prime rib sandwiches in my truck during the blizzard ride back to Maryland on December 26th.
 
Dammit now I'm salivating...

Stan, come on up......the grill and the Packer game is on at 7pm Saturday!

If you ever make it to Frankfurt airport, let me know, we're pretty close, we could arrange for some meeting.
I'd be careful here. Some meeting sounds scary to me with the rockabilly rodeo crowd.
