Hazard lights inoperative...

...although turn signals work fine. Guessing problem is the switch?

The issue is on my 73 T&C, which uses the same type of hazard switch as my 72 Dart and 73 Coronet.

No idea -- never had a problem with a hazard light on any past vehicle I've owned, so never really explored. Figured someone here would know the definitive answer.

No, different flasher.

No it would not. Look for location in owners manual or factory service manual.

Yep, two different solenoids. Likely your hazard solenoid is toast.

Swap turn signal and 4 way flasher and see if the 4way flashers return. If you still have no 4 way oper. its time to get out the test light and a wire schematic covering turn signals and 4way flashers.

Also separate circuits. Hazards are constant hot, turn signals are switched from the Ignition.

It's the flasher 90%of the time.

The hazard switches rarely get used and may have glazed over.
