Hellcat Challenger Shames a Tesla

I can only go 150 miles in my Challenger because I don't trust the crap sending unit. I guess if you commute more than 150 miles a day you need a Hellcat or a Helicoptor.

LOL. My Dad looks at my stuff & says "you'd better keep that one on the bus route!"

What does any of that have to do with the car? Plain & simple, they're making some very fast, very nice, very cool cars. Kudos to them.
Nothing.
I love taking the opposing view with you.

I appreciate Elon Musk being a pioneer with electric vehicles.
Unfortunately EV's are doomed.
Hydrogen will be the future

Elton Musk is the Steve Jobs of the automotive, space, and solar industries. Best of all, he is injecting billions into the NA economy. Once his gigafactory comes on line, Telsas will contain 90% NA parts and labour. Whether you're a fan of EV or not, you have to respect his vision and efforts to pull manufacturing back to this part of the world.

If Chrysler wants to still be around 20 years from now, they had better start putting some $$ into developing electric cars and hybrids, not to mention fuel cells, rather than 10 second Challegers. Toyota ain't stupid, and that is where there money is going. Sergio keeps talking he needs to merge with GM or some other large company to stay afloat over the long term, but other companies that use their money more wisely aren't so needy. I love the Hellcat too, but that car took a lot of development $$.

I said that by 2035 most cars sold in California will be electric. Then I read Commando's post and will amend it to most cars sold will not run on gasoline.

Now everyone is happy...

PS: I left out that many will be driver less if not all

I will be 41 in 2035. I see myself still on here in 20 years, Wonder how many original Members will be left by then lol.
