Hi, let me introduce myself to this c-body enthusiast board:

My name is Cristiano and I'm from northern Italy, age 47 and a proud owner of a 1966 Newport convertible 383 2-BBL.

I found this car here in Italy, eight years ago and started a long restoration. Car sat under a tree but occasionally the engine was fired up and made some yards to do the transmission working. That preserved the powertrain, but not the body.

Here some pics of me and my former '58 New Yorker, and below the Newport nowadays.

I'll open a thread for the car and her restoration, for sure!
