The Crown was the entry level of the Imperial line...so yes "low budget" if that can be said of Imperials.

The crown coupe probably has a lot less stuff that is broken now or will be broken sooner or later.

My 67 Polara has crank windows & I wouldn't have it any other way. The motors wear out, the switches break, etc......

You're right. I see it as some kind of challenge. I have a lot of Time to finish it. But i can't wait to start ;)
