Help identifying brackets please

So i had some very unorganized help removing my 383 and 727 from my 71 newport custom and these brackets turned up. I didn't take them off so I don't know where they go back on. There's two of them and one seems to be missing the plastic insert. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They are sparkling plug wire supports. Not sure of the exact location on the valve covers or block though.

They bolt to the back of the cylinder heads for the number 7 and 8 wires.

In my own case, since I had headers on the 440 I had some routing issues that were much different than with OEM manifolds so I did use these brackets on the rears of both heads. I also made my own valve cover brackets, using the same brackets and modifying to make for an "OEM-ish" routing and look. JB Welded into place....came out nice, and far from the header heat.
