I put a 3 spoke steering wheel in my Plymouth Scamp Pickup just because it said Plymouth in the bottom spoke that I'd pulled in a junk yard just because it waz different. Turned out it WAZ a different spline. My jawz got tight and I decided that it waz gonna happen one way or the other. I cut the spline out of that wheel and a donor I knew waz the right spline and welded it into the wheel that I wanted in the car. Came out dead center with all 3 spokes setting where they should be. Necessity and Desire iz ah mother aye Bob?

Jer there are quite a few of you guys in here I would let work on my car... not something I can say about the majority of those I worked with over the years. I love this place and its because you guys made it this good. Thanks to all... hope I'm pulling my weight.

Come on Jer! Do you really believe that is the worst nick name I acquired and embraced over the years? I like it better than cantflip, I just wanted something unassociated with me in case I got politically incorrect... my current employer is known for paying big$ to troll the web and find dissention in the ranks. Unfortunately, if I ever leave them the replacement would likely do the same. The dumbass kids get fired for saying the boss is an A#$hole on the FB... I tell the boss he's an A#$hole and stay off FB...

Don't laugh....I have a Grant wooden steering wheel with the Grant (ProStock Style) quick release kit. Needed it when going to Milwaukee when my parents were still alive and I parked in front of their house in my last classic before the NYB.
