I'm not sure on the rotation of the motor though...SLed might be able tell us if it operates in teh same direction as the original motors.

You know Brian the factory has 1 wire hooked to the h\l switch I just hooked mine with a two way toggle switch since i don't have a 300 you gotta think outa the box ......uno

Wire it backwards....
