How do I copy photos

How do I copy photos from E-bay? As you know a few years ago they played with things and tried to stop people from copying pictures but I know its being done, who has the simple answer?.

On the right hand side there's an option to print the ad. Click print and the listing images are at the bottom of the ad. Right click over the image and "save as" should show as one of the options.
