How many cars have you owned?

over a 29 year period
My personal count is up to eight over 32 years (six Mopars). I'm proud to say they were all licensed, insured, and drivable (eventually). Of the eight, half would be considered "classics", and the others would be daily drivers. I never wanted to be a car dealer (or parts either). At best, I probably broke even on the sale of a vehicle, unless I drove the car for a time and got some use out of it.

I think about 80 cars......45 USA cars mostly Mopar.

Over 800 cars and 225 trucks. Four motorcycles and one ATV. Longest owned is my Coronet...38 years in April. Shortest owned was a 1950 Ford coupe I bought in 1976. Owned for 10 minutes. Sold it literally after parking it in Dad's driveway.
Bloody hell!, are you a dealer/collector/flipper?

Not many. I can list them all here, in the order that I got them. I turn 60 this July, so this list is (relatively) not very long. Then again, I keep my cars for a long time, having sold only two of them after two years. Here they are and how long I kept them. My first car was purchased some 15 days after I turned 16:

1961 VW Bug, 7 years.
1970 Challenger, 7 years.
1984 Mercury Lynx, bought new, 11 years.
1987 RamCharger, bought new, 5 years.
1984 Fifth Avenue, 4 years
1962 New Yorker, 6 years.
1996 Dodge Stratus, bought new, 17 years.
1979 Cordoba, 2 years.
1993 Dodge B250 Van Conversion, 8 years. Excellent vehicle!!
2003 Dakota, 10 years.
1980 Mercedes 300 TD (wagon, given to me), 5 years.
1970 Newport ragtop, still have, owned since 2003.
2000 Plymouth Neon Highline, bought a month after the Newport for our Daughter. Had it until it was totaled in an accident, July, 2011.
1973 Gremlin X, still have, owned since 2006.
2009 Chrysler Sebring, bought new February '09, still have.
1985 Thunderbird, 2 years.
1986 Dodge Ram 1500 "Pace Truck," bought in '15, still have.
2017 Durango R/T Blacktop, bought new October '16, still have. recently wrecked, waiting to get back from the shop sometime between March 7 and 9.

I believe that's it and up to date!

Bloody hell!, are you a dealer/collector/flipper?

Dealer, no. Collector, yes. Flipper, very occasionally. I bought my first car when I was 12, and drove it home. Paid ten bucks for it. That first year, I bought seven cars before I turned 13. My Dad had a used car dealer license, and I was pretty adept at finding and selling cars. Something to do!
