I would consider myself a transplant from FABO. Majority of my cars are Darts/Duster/Demons. A bodies are still my main car but now I am across the board because I have a recently acquired 67 Belvedere and a 68 Coronet wagon so that is my B- body involvement.
In Jan of 2016 I scored an unexpected 66 Polara 500. Not my first C body but a car that got my attention. I was looking for a 383 and I got a tip about a 383 being in a C-body "parts car" so I wasn't expecting much. Then I get there and find a 66 Polara 500, factory bucket seat/ console car with a HP 383, totally rust free and complete with a title. I had the thought that only a complete jackass would part and scrap a car that cool. Now recently I found the polara a sister...a 66 fury 3. My first C-body was a 70 Fury but there were a lot of reasons why a fusey doesn't work for me personally.
As I navigate this site I am seeing a few familiar "faces" from FABO and one or two from FBBO. So where are the mopar addicts of all mopar body designations ???
My 2 66 C-bodies
