HP manifold gaskets

Looking for better HP gaskets! The ones i have look like the remflex ones they don’t cove the manifold completely.

Mopar did not use port gaskets on the log style or the HP manifolds. Both the heads and manifolds have machined surfaces that are supposed to mate without a gasket. Adding gaskets between the head and the manifold usually results in them blowing out and leaking. The exhaust flange gaskets between the manifold exit and the header pipe are available thru many suppliers and generally hold up well.

No gaskets between head and manifolds. Just like the factory did it.

Yeah was just looking for ones from HP manifold to head! Everything else is fine.

Not that I know of! You don’t even use any rtv copper high temp there

If you do have a leak without a gasket, I’m guessing the manifold is warped? How do you fix that? I put the hp manifolds on without gaskets (like from the factory) and I had a leak on the passenger side. What’s the fix?

It likely depends how warped.
Take a “true” long straight edge across the manifold and look for gaps. If there is a very small one or a burr You can use true flat surface wit sandpaper attached. (A lot of elbow grease required)A slab of flat granite (make sure your wife is away before using her counter tops) or 1/4” slab of glass ( an old patio glass table top cold work if flat).
Hone it down until the gap is gone.
If the gap is a little more extreme, there’s a possibility a machine shop could mill it flat.
If it is really twisted it may be garbage.
Before putting to much work into it make sure both surfaces are clean and smooth (could be a simple as a small remains of an old burnt on gasket or a nick or burr.
