Good on you for catching the reference! No offense taken. And yes, while there is a dedicated politics section, this isn't it. That section was created to keep politics out of the rest of the site. It's hard to avoid the topic, but it's best to try. Kind of "Bar etiquette." Too easy to start arguments and get off topic. There's how many politic sites and news channels on the internet? Enjoy the site, and remember it's all about the cars!

I have friend who made a wrong turn down a (Bay Area)alley into a homeless encampment.

He was driving a medium sized
tanker truck loaded with chemical treated toxic liquid waste from a demolition job.
While attempting to turn around the (residents) started attempting to jump on truck and steal equipment.
Driver opened spray valve and escaped situation…………..

How about we just talk about cars. Lots of fear mongering going on here. Here's a picture of one, it used to be a car now it's a ute. Not on your typical platform either. I didn't spend too long looking up what it was, but I think it started life as a 2006 A6.

Electrifying your vehicle while parked is just plain stupid and not at all a new idea. Hope the kids aren't around, also booby traps often get the person who set it and forgot. And what do you think a "bad guy" would do to the car after getting shocked? Walk away defeated? Possibly, more likely though, it would lead to vandalism.
