Still a very nice car you have acquired! Search YouTube for the guy, he really seems like a nice and knowledgeable guy on the Chevelles.

That's how it is for pretty much every Chevy vehicle '55-'75. For my '64 Impala I can only thing of a hand full of things not available.

Well, all the brakes, hoses, wheel cylinders and master cylinder have been replace.
Oil, filter, complete tune up.
Fuel tank all soft lines and filter.
A little wax.
A little time.
Coming right along.

I am real happy with the way it runs and drives.
No rattles or shakes.
Now redo the A/C in the spring and we will be set.

I'd like to see some more pics of this beauty when you get time. I for one really appreciate an unmolested original car.

So it has been 4 years and still have the Chevelle.
First we made it safe to drive. Brakes, master cylinder, hoses, tires radiator and heater hoses.
Runs like new, no wind noise or rattles.
Mostly shows and drives on nice days.
Original paint, interior, headlights.

If I sell it I could never replace it. Kind of hoping the original family will buy it back.

Original plate, console 4 speed, perfect trunk and floors, original motor, trans, and vin tag.
The family really doesn’t show interest in having back.

It seems someone must have added that a/c compressor along the way. GM had the rotary compressors at least as far back as the mid sixties.
