I don't know much about Fusie interiors but I'm pretty certain that's a fairly rare (69 Dodge Polara/Monaco only?) steering wheel.

i parted out a 69 sport fury with the same wheel. still have it. it looks like the rim at one time was translucent. i've checked around some,and i believe they were only used on tilt wheel cars.
