I'm guessing he has owned it about two months.

[h=1]1978 Chrysler Newport[/h]http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1978...Cars_Trucks&hash=item33842ff18d#ht_500wt_1183

For sale is a 1978 Chrysler Newport with a 400 V8. This car is in excellent mechanical condition and is very reliable. I have driven this car on 18+ hour road trips with no issues at all. The shocks has been changed also the brakes. The gas hand does not work. Car has always been garaged since I have owned it and is completely rust free. As you can see on the photos the car is in good condition. Virtually everything on this car works including all switches, lights, gauges, AM radio, cold AC, heater, defrost, etc. Great interior. The paint is new just over 7 months. No body damage the chrome is in great condition . I have the service records from since I have owned it.

No. Just ignorant. He's gonna pull it before the auction ends when he sees it going nowhere.

14,000 or 114,000 miles? It appears to be in excellent condition from what I can see. Of course the wheels got to go.

Funny thing about wheels. They can make an ugly car look good......or vice versa.

They definitely don't enhance the look of a Formal Newport or a NYB. Maybe if it was an 18" but this wheel design still will look out of place on this Newport.
