Hi guys,
Looking for any information on my 1967 Chrysler New Yorker (pictured)
Car was sold new in North Dakota, sometime in the early 1990's it went to Minnesota around the Anoka area too around early 2000's and i believe the owner was Randy ? (all i know)
There are pictures of this car on this forum at the 2001 Midwest Chrysler meet, owner then was Randy ?
The car was sold on eBay a few years back and found its was to Australia.
There was some discussion about this car previously on this forum.
It is a highly optioned car, very original unrestored condition, i recently purchased the car from a gentleman here in Victoria, Australia and would like to track any previous owners, history etc.
I do have original certicard, owners handbook showing original owner and selling dealer along with reciepts from the early 90s to early 2000's.
The picture of car with magnums is i believe from when it was on eBay, then a picture of it at the 2001 Chrysler meet showing original 14 " rims and hubcaps.
Looking forward to anything or any information on my 1967 New Yorker.

Regards
Gavin.

That’s a beautiful automobile! If it were mine I think I’d go back to the original wheelcovers.

My grandpa might have photos of this car from years ago. The blinds in the rear window look familiar.

Hi, the blinds in rear window are no longer with the car, please keep me posted if you find any information or photo's
Here are some more pictures of when it was for sale a few years back.
Thanks for your time in reaching out.
Gavin.

Will do. I am not sure when I will be over there to look next.

By the way, if anyone comes across a '67 New Yorker 4 door hardtop that is root beer brown with a black top and black cloth interior, let me know. It must be that combination (to match the car in my profile pic / the car I grew up in). I have conceded I'll likely need to recreate that car some day, but I may as well throw the request out there.

Somehow I missed this thread before, glad this car has gotten into / stayed in good hands. I'm otherwise a fan of Magnum wheels, but somehow on a 4-door New Yorker they just don't work for me......... I'm pretty partial to the turbine covers, which were an option then, but to each his own........... Good luck with it. I have the same interior on mine, which I wasn't originally a fan of, but have become fond of.

Sorry this took so long, but I believe the photos we have are your car! We purchased the Newport Custom in the early 2000s and the owner had both of these cars, but was not selling the New Yorker at the time. The photos do not have a date, but they were taken before we purchased the Newport Custom. I assume the owner swapped the wheels and blinds to the New Yorker before selling the Newport Custom as it did not have the blinds and was wearing stock wheels and hubcaps. The owner's name was Randy High from the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. Coincidentally, the Newport Custom is currently for sale in Ohio on Facebook Marketplace.

Hi, Thankyou so much for the great photo of my 67 New Yorker, i kmew one of the past owners was named Randy, do you remember where this this picture was taken.
Any chance you have contact details or any information that would help me get in contact with Randy.
Again i really appreciate your time and uploading the pictires.
Regards
Gavin.

I recognize the tower that is just visible in the upper right corner of the first New Yorker photo as being from the Iola, Wisconsin car show, which I have attended many times. I'm unsure of the year. I'll see if my dad knows more.

Also, if you can find an old WPC roster (maybe around the year 2000?), you might find that Randy was a member of that club. If so, his contact info from that time should be listed, which you could check to see if it's still current or use to help track down his current information.

The best we could come up with is that it precedes when we purchased the '68 Newport Custom. I'd guess the photos are from the 90s.
