The only thing I can think of is he didn't do his due diligence before pressing the enter button and the price should really be 1500.00 (without reserve). That red one has been for sale for years (for as high as 42,000). They either don't really care if they sell it, or they are going to wait 20 years until the car may be actually worth that.

He is in for a rude surprise when he finds out what it is really worth. I don't give him the benefit of the doubt on a typo, I figure he is that clueless. He probably has some people offer him a reasonable price and he said I can get triple that on e-bay, not in that condition.
