Its their body... but I am amazed at how popular it seems to be with younger people to have poor quality ink in places they can't hide. I've had lots of friends with sleeves, but most paid top dollar for top quality and I had to admire to the artwork if nothing else. I have no tats, but I'm neither for or against... just hate to see decisions that limit future opportunities. Before you get mad, if you have a career and a resume and your body art isn't a problem... great, would you recommend that to someone who doesn't have an established path, and the prison looking or half assed drunken cartoon ones... I don't understand.
Did see a lot lizard walking down OBT a few years back... crop top, low ride jeans and "exit only" tattooed across her beltline... may have had professional value...
